1. Scope of Service These terms govern the consultancy and project development services provided by AS2 Studio as displayed on this website.
2. Commencement of Work Project execution shall only commence upon formal confirmation of the proposal and the receipt of an initial deposit payment. This deposit secures your booking and covers the preliminary stages of consultancy.
3. Pricing and VAT All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) and any other applicable taxes, which will be itemized in the final invoice according to UK tax regulations or the client’s jurisdiction.
4. Ownership and Delivery AS2 Studio retains full intellectual property rights and ownership of all deliverables until the final balance payment has been settled in full. Upon receipt of the final payment, ownership of the completed project assets shall be transferred to the client.
5. Limitations and Cancellations As our services involve bespoke design and personalized consultancy, the right to cancel is limited once work has commenced following the deposit payment. AS2 Studio is not liable for delays caused by third parties or late client feedback.
6. Global Shipping and Jurisdiction Based in London, we facilitate worldwide project management and shipping. The client is responsible for any local import duties, customs fees, or regional taxes incurred at the destination country. These terms are governed by the Laws of England and Wales.
